Respecting intellectual property
Mikomiko respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of mikomiko to do the same. If you believe content available through mikomiko infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice using the procedure below.
Filing a copyright notice
To be effective, your notice should include the following:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located;
- your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder; and
- your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@mikomiko.ai that identifies the material, explains the basis for reinstatement, and includes your contact information and signature.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
