mikomiko is for creating original art and comics. You may use generated images for personal and commercial projects, subject to our Terms of Service and the rights you hold in any source material you upload.

You agree not to use mikomiko to create, upload, share, or sell content that:

• is pornographic or sexually explicit, or depicts real or simulated sexual acts;
• sexualizes, depicts, or appears to depict a minor in any form (including AI-generated, drawn, animated, or stylized depictions) — this is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance;
• depicts non-consensual, exploitative, or trafficking-related sexual content;
• contains gratuitous or realistic violence, gore, or content that promotes, incites, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or suicide;
• is unlawful, infringing, or violates the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others;
• promotes or facilitates illegal or regulated activity, including the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods;
• promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against people or groups;
• impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way; or
• is intended to deceive, defraud, distribute malware, or spread disinformation.

mikomiko maintains policies and technical and operational controls designed to prevent prohibited content from being created or distributed on the platform. These measures operate before generation, during generation, and after publication:

• Acceptance at sign-up. Agreement to these content standards is required as a condition of using the Services.
• Prompt and generation safety. User prompts are screened against safety filters, and our AI generation pipelines enforce provider-level safety systems that block sexual, violent, and other unsafe outputs before any result is returned.
• Automated moderation. Uploaded and generated images are screened for adult, violent, and unsafe categories, and user-submitted text and comments are screened for explicit and abusive content. High-confidence violations are blocked or removed; borderline cases are routed for human review.
• User reporting and human review. Users can report content through in-product tools, and our trust & safety team reviews reported content.
• Governance. This policy, our moderation rules, and safety thresholds are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis, at least annually.

We may remove or restrict content, issue warnings, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or applicable law. Where content is illegal — including child sexual abuse material — we report it to the relevant authorities as required by law.
